You give us your contact details. We give them to one HVAC contractor so they can call you back. That's the whole system.
Whatever you type into a form on this site. The Contact form asks for your name, town, phone, email and a description of what you need. The Estimate form asks for the same plus a street address, property type, room or unit count, and your current heating system.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, pages requested, timestamps. Every website receives this. We don't connect it to your form submission.
To introduce you to a licensed HVAC contractor who can quote your job. There is no second purpose.
To the independent contractor serving your town, and through the email service that carries the message. Nowhere else.
We don't sell it. We don't rent it. We don't trade it. We don't hand it to advertisers or data brokers. We don't build a marketing list or send newsletters. If a court order compelled disclosure we would comply — that has never happened.
One thing worth being direct about: once a contractor has your details, what they do with them is governed by their practices, not ours. If that matters to you, ask them.
