What to Expect

1. We pass your details to a licensed contractor covering your town, usually the same or next business day.
2. They contact you directly to schedule a site visit.
3. You get a written quote covering equipment, zone count, labor, permitting, and any rebate you qualify for.

If it’s a two- to four-family, say so on the form. It changes the site visit — the contractor will want to look at every electrical panel, not one, and the metering setup affects whether one multi-zone system or separate systems per unit makes more sense. Worth asking any contractor you talk to: is a room-by-room heat-load calculation included, is the 780 CMR permit and electrical sub-permit priced in, and is panel work included or excluded. A cheaper quote that leaves out the electrical isn’t cheaper.
