Accessibility Statement

Where we stand

This site should work for everyone who wants to use it, including people navigating by screen reader, by keyboard, or at high magnification. We treat that as a requirement, not a feature.

What that means in practice

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Specifically:

  • Real semantic markup — headings in logical order, genuine lists, proper landmarks, so assistive technology can convey the structure of a page rather than a wall of text.
  • Full keyboard operation — every link, button and form control reachable and usable without a mouse, with a focus indicator you can actually see.
  • Meaningful alt text on images that carry information, and no information conveyed by image alone.
  • Contrast that passes — text and interface elements checked against WCAG ratios rather than eyeballed.
  • Properly labelled form fields — every input has an associated label, not just placeholder text that vanishes when you type.
  • Layout that reflows — no horizontal scrolling on narrow screens, and content that holds together at 200% zoom.
  • Nothing that moves on its own — no autoplay, no flashing, no motion that could trigger discomfort.

Where we might fall short

We test as we build, but we're a small operation without a formal audit program, and some barriers only appear in real use with real assistive technology. If something here blocks you, we genuinely want to know — that's the fastest route to it being fixed.

You never have to use this website to reach us

Call (508) 960-7175 and we'll take your information by phone. Nothing on this site requires you to use a web form. Email works too: [info@ductlessminisplitbrockton.com](mailto:info@ductlessminisplitbrockton.com).

When you report a problem, telling us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use helps us reproduce it. We'll acknowledge your message and tell you what we're doing about it.

Things we don't control

Some functionality depends on outside services whose accessibility isn't ours to fix. Where one of those creates a barrier, contact us and we'll find another way to help you.
