About
A referral service connecting Brockton-area homeowners with licensed local HVAC contractors.
Ductless Mini-Split Brockton is a referral service. Homeowners in Brockton, Stoughton, Easton and Abington come to us looking for ductless mini-split installation or repair, and we connect them with a licensed, independent local HVAC contractor who does that work.
We want to be clear about what that means, because plenty of sites in this space aren’t: we don’t install anything ourselves. There’s no crew, no truck fleet, no warehouse behind this site. What there is instead is a narrow focus on one type of system in four specific towns, and enough working knowledge of both to be useful before you ever talk to a contractor.
Ductless mini-splits fit this area unusually well, and homeowners here consistently arrive at the same three questions: does this work in a house like mine, what will it cost, and what rebate can I get.
The first two have reasonably consistent answers for a single-family house. They do not have consistent answers for a two- or three-family — and that’s the gap this site was built to close.
Twenty-eight percent of Brockton’s housing units sit in two- to four-family buildings, and the city’s tax records list 1,512 three-family parcels. If you own one, almost every guide you find is written for someone else. Can one system serve the building, or does each unit need its own? Whose electric meter does the outdoor unit run on? What happens when three panels are three different ages? Does Mass Save cover a triple-decker at all — and the answer, which surprisingly few sites state plainly, is yes: the residential program covers buildings of one to four units.
We answer those questions because nobody else in this market really does.
You call or submit an estimate request. We pass your information to a licensed contractor who covers your town, and they contact you directly to schedule a site visit and produce a real quote. There’s no charge to you for the referral.
The contractor is independent. They hold their own license and insurance, set their own pricing, and stand behind their own work. We’re not their employer and we don’t supervise their jobs. The full arrangement is in our Referral Marketing Disclosure.
You won’t find fabricated technician bios, a made-up founder’s story, or claimed years-in-business on this site, because none of it would be true of a referral service.
No 24/7 claims, no guaranteed same-day service. Response time depends on the contractor’s schedule, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.
The cost ranges here come from Mass Save’s published figures and are meant for planning. Only a contractor who has seen your building can quote your job.
There are real, established HVAC companies serving these towns, several of them very good. What we offer is a narrower focus and straight answers about the multi-family case — not a claim that nobody else exists.
Call and ask. We’d rather answer it than have you guess.
